    Candling Egg - I saw pattern! PIC

    Can you see the pattern? I took the pic with my phone but I think it came out good enough. And if you're feeling lucky, any guesses on what it might be (other than the obvious ball python)? The pairing was Black Pastel X Normal.

    Wow, I have heard people say they can see the patterns while candling but I have never seen it. Awesome picture! Thanks for sharing.

    I saw a pattern on one of my eggs...it looked like a cinnamon. Sure enough...it's a cinnamon!

    how can you tell? in the pic it can be normal, i have done it before and is not easy, except on albinos and lucys and similar pattern color snakes. I hope you get a Black pastel but its hard to tell. On what day is the clutch in the pic?

    It's really just a guess, the best way to tell if it's a bl. pastel or not is by the alien heads and how well defined they are. I'm saying normal, but then again who know. The clutch was on day 35 the time the pic was taken.
