    housing question!

Can I house 2 females in a 20L tank or should I get a bigger tank?

You can house 2 females together without problems, but a 20L (which is a 5 gallon tank, right?) Might be a tiny bit small. Maybe try to get something a little bigger, like a 10 gal (which I think converts to 40L)? They aren't too expensive usually.

    Re: housing question!

I would not recommend housing 2 ball pythons together. In my opinion, you should separate them and get them each their own enclosure.

Also, when you say 20L, are you referring to 20 Long or 20 Liters?? I always just assume 20 long when I see 20L, but I just wanted to make sure.

I think the OP is talking leo's, because of the section it's under...

A 20 long take is perfect for a group of leopard geckos, make sure to provide plenty of hides though and a humid hide for shedding

Wait. Never mind. If it's a 20 gallon long then it's perfect. Been a long day haha, I just automatically saw the L as litres

Oh my goodness! Thanks for pointing this out. Haha, I feel stupid now.

YES, 2 female leos can be kept together (as long as they are similar size and don't bully each other). Sorry for the confusion!

LOL I did the same thing! I thought 20L (4 or 5 gal) that is really small...
