What happened to her follicals??? Advice please for a first timer!
My normal girl has been paired up with a few different males over the past couple of months. I have been palpating weekly and they have continued to grow until about 2 weeks ago they felt like they were about the size of small "pool balls" (so inbetween a cue ball and a golf ball) pretty good size if you ask me.
A week ago the bottom third of her body got pretty hard to the touch and her belly was purtruding a bit (however not anything close to any ovulation I have seen with all the research and pictures I have seen) Now, it seems she has lost about 130g or so, and I cannot really feel the distinct follicals anymore. She just kind of feels a little bloated and still a bit hard to the touch. I palpated a good 4 follicals prior, and now I can't distinguish one from another.
My question is, do you think she is just going to absorb? Pass them out? Or is this a sign that she should ovulate any day now? I just want some babes...
I appreciate any opinions! I would post pics, but at the moment i really don't think they would make a diff. All you would see is a slight belly buldge and nothing else, just a normal looking female with a little swell where her follicals are. Oh, and she is still refusing food, husbandry is spot on.

Its possible she ovulated and you missed the main event. However if you palpated after an ovulation you would feel the developing eggs. They would feel like big marshmallows basically. It's harder to feel eggs compared to follicles and you have to be gentler when palpating post-ovy. She may have resorbed the follicles also.
Do you know when her last shed was? I would also suggest preparing for eggs anyway. You don't want to be caught unprepared if she does lay for you.
Pics may help too.

Sounds like building and close to OV or she ovulate already. The eggs are not that easy to feel like follicles. Wait for next shed and start counting just in case!

Thanks guys. Much appreciated. She hasn't shed in quite sometime.. I believe well over a month, possible 2.
I have the Incubator waiting patiently to fire up. Everything is set and tested and ready to go, just need to flip the switch.
You all are getting me pretty damn excited!!! And I would have to say that "marshmellows" pretty much nail it on the head from what I feel. Can't actually count and feel them going from one egg to another not nearly as well as before. I very well could have missed the ovy, we will see.. Will def let you know what happens. Cross your fingers for beautiful Pins and Mojo's! Cheers!

Tell you the truth and this might make people think I'm crazy but my het pied girl I felt follicles and counted and kept checking I felt them grow from marbels to golf balls to bigger and then like 3 days later she had eggs I never saw an ovy shed or anything I pulled the tub and I looked at my wife and was like is that eggs? I was shocked to know what I felt and then there where eggs! So never give up strange things will happen! Good luck!
