Yeah, you should see the looks I get when I pull my probe kit out

I love that look! Most people don't know what the heck I'm doing to thier poor snake when I break out a little metal rod and a bottle of lube.

I always bring my probes with me when buying a new snake. I don't know why so many people are afraid to learn to probe. Its a very simple process. I find it a lot easier than popping. I was never any good at popping anyways. I've seen some people almost break the poor snakes in half trying to pop them and even seen a couple make them bleed from it when they didn't know what they were doing. I've yet to draw a drop of blood from probing.

That said, $100 for a 1,300g male pastel is still a good deal any way you slice it. Most quality babies go for that.
