My personal preference is a fluorescent Reptisun, or Reptiglo bulb. Reptisun is close to the best on the market, if not the best, but you have to order them online. You can find the Reptiglo bulbs in pet stores.
I used a compact fluorescent zilla bulb with a frilled dragon and it ended up dying. I'm not saying it was caused by the zilla bulb, because the frilly was in bad shape when I got him, but after he died, I did research on Zilla products. I know you can't always believe what you read on the internet, but there have been several lawsuits against the company for incidents of animals dying. I would personally rather be safe than sorry. Either way, I wouldn't use any brand of compact bulb. Make sure you have a tube bulb for the UVB, and a regular day light bulb for UVA. I also have a red night time bulb that I use in the winter for my beardy.
Congrats on the new addition and good luck with setting everything up!
