Here are three pics of some of my hatchlings where you can see the belly button - does it look like this?

Well definitly not like the first and the second picture, the scales dont come together like that, but that may be cause he's already a month and a half old or so. In your pictures the scales go together like it is with a human belly button, on his belly it's like a straight cut with a V on one scale.
