    It's hard to tell from your pictures.

    At first glance I thought it might be built up material from a retained spectacle or two, but the eye looks clear.

    That gray area you are seeing around the periphery of the eye really looks like the rolled up edge you sometimes see with retained spectacles.

    I'd go see a qualified reptile vet and have them take a quick look.
