It might be a retained eyecap but looking at it I think it is more likely to simply be the membrane between the spectacle and surrounding scales showing as a result of beingpulled out during the shedding process.

A clearer, closer, in focus picture of the eye should help.

I would just make certain the humidity is right for the next shed and see what it looks like afterwards.
