I hate to say it, but you can't save them all. I would not have paid $40 for a snake that hadn't eaten in one month and shows signs of illness. If you felt the need to "save" her, then I hope you also have the ability to pay for any veterinary costs that may come along with her. I have no idea what she could have, hopefully someone else can give you an idea. Good luck with her.Be sure not to share supplies between her and your established collection and always wash your hands thoroughly after handling her!
