    Now and then

Here is some pics of our pastel ghost female when we first got her and now. Some of you may remember this girl there was some debate over what she was exactly. She was sold as a pastel, the debate was over if she was a possible super or a pastel ghost. We are pretty much convinced she's a ghost at this point. She keeps that " in shed look " all the time, and shed after shed has been perfectly clear no pattern at all . We won't know 100% until we breed and prove her out. We are looking for a spider het ghost to breed her to. We have asked a couple other breeders who have agreed she's a ghost but we hope to find out next year

    67g 1-15-11

    6-8-11 she's at 520g

Then there us our pastel girl

    2-6-11 she was 112g

    Now she's 502g

    Just felt like sharing!

They're both very beautiful! That was one great purchase if you bought a pastel and got a pastel ghost. The pastel pictured in the second group of photos has a great pattern.

Yea the ghost just keeps getting better with every shed were pretty excited to breed her. I think she will end up being paired with a few different things over the next few years. The second female we picked up from a local guy that bred a pastel x normal.

I'm pretty sure the guy that had her didn't have a clue what she was. He couldn't tell me where she came from or when she hatched and he had her labeled as a pastel female for 150.00. When I asked him if he could come down any he said "only to 125.00 because she's a super." uuumm what?? Lol. So I took my chances at her being just a medium to low quality pastel in the hopes that she was something more and we are sure glad we did! She ranks pretty close to the favorite of our collection. She has been a lot of fun to watch grow that's for sure.
