My first Blood Python
I think he's a good looking guy. He is a sumatran blood hatchling from one of Ben Siegel's auction. I thought he had nice color for a baby.

are they as nasty as everyone tells me? A friend of mine has a black blood and I think its awesome but I keep hearing such bad things about them as pets.

He's been good so far... he did bite me once the first day but it was really weird he was just slithering along and then just opened his mouth on my hand but released just as soon as he did it???? I've heard the black bloods are the calmest and least likely to bite out of all the bloods but I'm very happy with his temperament so far.
