Anyone know of a rack system that uses the V-35 tubs?

I am wanting to find a system that is 10 tubs high and 2 wide. I like the v-35 tubs, but I really am not a fan of the vision racks. I am looking for something made out of expanded PVC. I checked with Animal plastics and they said they could do it, but the price was quite a bit more than I was expecting considering it would actually use less material than their standard 10 tub CB-70 rack.

I would guess the bump in price comes from it not being one of their standard racks. I believe their stuff is all done on CNC routers, which means they would have to have new programs and prints drawn up to make a new rack. That can be pretty expensive if it's a one time thing.

I bet if you could get a group of people together to do a group buy that extra cost would get distributed a little more evenly.
