Re: REPTICON expo prices
Which Repticon location? I've picked up cali kings for $30 to $40 and seen them listed as high as $60 depending on the coloration and mutation of the animal. I can't imagine the other colubrids being much more, unless they are a rarer species of colubrid.

Re: REPTICON expo prices
The prices won't be any different than a regular herp show/expo in your area. That is, if the vendor wants to sell snakes. Snake prices will vary in different parts of the country. But, you should be able to find all of your snakes for less $50 or less.
Remember, price isn't the only factor you should use to purchase your snakes. Each snake is an individual and as such you will have to determine the health of each snake you buy. A sick or underfed snake for $20 isn't as good of a deal as a $50 very healthy specimen.
This time of year is a great time to get a good deal on neonates. There are more snakes being born at this time than almost any time of the year. BUT, there are also vendors that will try to dump their non-eaters to unsuspecting buyers. Be careful.

hey, sorry to intrude on your thread, but I was wondering something similar:
how much would something like a Fire Bee BP, or a Pumpkin Pied BP cost at the San Jose Repticon?
Current Herps:
1.0 Normal Corn (Cookie)

There shouldn't be any savings for that type of morph regardless of where you buy it. Just look for the best example. You won't be sorry. I looked high and low before I bought my Lesser Platty and she has not disappointed me. Every shed she gets brighter and brighter. She's an amazing example of that morph.
Good Luck!
