I'd say 41 qt might be too big, and you may have feeding issues if they are in such a large rack. Maybe small hides would help, but not necessarily.

That's huge. My juveniles are in 15qt tubs and happy as clams. You're going to stress the snakes out if the enclosure is too big. I would use 6 or 15qt MAX. Congrats on the new ones and good luck!

I have adult females that stop eating in 41qts lol. Each snake is different, but chances are your not going to have a happy hatchling in a 41qt

Re: hatchlings in a 41 quart tub?
I'd say the biggest I'd go with a hatchling is 28qt...thats the biggest I've used before..but I also had issues with a few snakes in the 28qts and had to move them into smaller tubs. Hides are a must in anything bigger than a 15qt tho.

or unless you have some thing to divide the tub to smaller ones then you can put 2 or 3 in there

I've raised hatchlings in 28qt tubs with excellent growth rates but wouldn't go to a 40/41 quart tub unless I had no other options.
If you give it a couple of hides and some fake plants or something to fill the tub up they'll be fine.
It might not be "ideal" but heck people put hatchlings in 20 long and bigger glass tanks all of the time

Dividers and/or tons of hide spots could work well. You could also try just putting a couple of small tubs (6 or 12 quart, with the top still on) in the larger 41 quart, if your snakes seem to want the added security.

Serpent Nirvana already nailed it on the head. Just put 6 qt. tubs with the lids on inside the 41 qt tub. Should work just fine.

I have a 300 gram and a 450 gram ball python currently in QT in boaphile's "ball room" rack, whatever tub they use.. 34.5'' long but I don't know the total volume in quarts.
Frankly I think the "ball pythons must be kept in small cages" is overrated, but my sample size is small.
