I had gone almost a month with one glass or less a day, and now I'm starting to drink 2-3 glasses a day
I got my thyroid levels checked a few months ago, they were low. Just got them checked two days ago, we'll see the results in a few days, but I've been sleeping an awful lot and feeling beyond exhausted, so...
I didn't know it was possible to feel more tired than what the word "exhausted" describes, but it's very much a reality. >:/
Also, Spokane Mental Health closed my case, so I can't get my Prozac any more. I guess I'm going to have to go to the CHAS clinic for that now too...
I had an appointment with SMH once every other week, and I had to miss the last three appointments. I did call my counselor and ask if she had any available dates to reschedule and she didn't, so I tried...and she said they closed my case (no warning) because my attendance is at 33% since Feb and it needs to be at 75%. That's great but I've only had around 4-6 appointments since Feb, so when I missed only 3, it looked like I had barely attended ANY. i feel that it's not fair that they didn't take this into account and not only that but they closed my case without giving me a warning.
Prozac keeps me healthy, and they're going to take it away unless I can manage to get in at CHAS.
So more junk keeps piling on to the thyroid thing. Yuck.

I need to get my "Broken Thyroid Club" membership card. At one time I was on Zoloft for depression, Niaspan for cholesterol, Lisinopril for high blood pressure, some type of high speed medical vitamins for constant fatigue, and a prescription steroid cream for what my doctor (military) thought was Eczema. Because I was in the military, and being overweight is unacceptable, I was doing 1 hour of cardio three times a day, and still gaining weight and I was swollen and puffy, and none of the meds were working. A different doctor decided to check my thyroid levels, and when the test came back, they took me off of all the other meds and put me on Synthroid, because everything that I had been being treated indivdually for were all symptoms of Hypothyroidism. It's amazing how much havoc that one gland can cause on your body.
