First Project...Opinions?
I recently came home from the military and would like to start a project with my Pastel male. Im only looking to do this as a hobby and hopefully get some cool snakes along the way and try to build my collection back up to where it was before I left.
So anyway, Im in the market to buy 3 females to pair with him next year and dont want to break the bank on any crazy morphs.
I was thinking something along the lines of .1 pastel to make some nice Supers and .2 out of Enchi/Woma/Lesser.
I think those three girls would just fit my budget...sound like a decent starting point to you guys?

Pastel, Mojave and Spider? Guess it depends on what kind of cool morphs you'd like to end up with...

It sounds like you have a good idea of what you want to produce. All of those females will produce some nice babies with your pastel. I'd probably do pastel, enchi and spider though, but that's personal preference.

Thanks guys. I may have to consider a spider...lots of possibilities there.
I also wasnt sure if I should go for Supers or not but seems like you both agree I should.

I would definitely get a pastel and a lesser. The third I would consider adding an orange ghost to bring in a recessive gene.

pastel for supers, spider for bumble bees, and albino for pastel het albinos! You can also pick up a proven normal female or two for around $100 each. You could hold back a female or two from each clutch and have several breeding pastel females in a few years.

I'd go with pastel, enchi, lesser/pinstripe. I personally don't like how womas look really even if they don't have a wobble, which I've heard some do. If you can, get some het pieds and breed them together. Pieds are always fun.
