Color change in spiders
When I think of spiders and in most of the pictures I see they have white sides. My spider however has mostly yellow sides, will his sides turn white as he grows? He's currently about 400grams and I've had him for a few months now, but I'm just curious about how his colors will change.
This was the best photo I could find that shows his yellow sides. As you can see he's pretty gold, then he has a strip of white and then yellow.

whatever white they have is what they have, it may get brighter with age or may dull, you'll just have to wait and see.

That's interesting..... any more pictures a bit more recent? That's an amazingly nice spider.

That picture was taken about 2 weeks ago. He is a very golden spider and he hasn't darkend much yet, he's about 10 months old. I can't wait to make some bees with him, it's going to be so hard to sell any of his babies. He's a dumpster when it comes to food and is the sweetest snake.

Yep, what they are born with is what they get. Some are high white, some low white... I've noticed the low whites are usually more golden, which IMO is more desirable than the high white. Pretty little one you've got there!
