How do you know he shed already if you haven't seen the skin? Are you sure he didn't just go from the opaque (blue) stage to the stage where they "clear up"?

If you did not actually see him shed and see the skin in there with him, then he has not shed yet. The eyes will go clear again right before they shed.

If he's clear now, then he will shed in the next few days to one week. He hasn't shed yet. Don't worry, he won't eat it.

I have a handful of snakes that will always eat during their shed cycle.

But to the OP, pink belly 2 days ago means that your snake has not shed yet. As mentioned, give it 3-7 days.

I agree with everyone else...mine usually takes 5-7 days after blue to shed.

If you're suspecting he snuck one in though, check the cage thouroughly. I've been checking mine for days now and picked him up today to give him a once-over and what do you know, he's bright and shiny and sitting on top of his shed in his cave. :-/

I said he won't eat it as in he will not eat his skin that he has shed. Which is what the OP had worried had happened. My Pin and my female both eat their meals during shed as well.
