It looks like you have deep tissue punctures. Based on the size id say it must have come from a 30 foot snake. the fangs must have been at least 10 inches long. Id seek medical treatment immediately. Id also recommend getting anti venom treatment incase the snake was POISONOUS ()

im such a goofactually, it was more like 50 foot, and it even sucked some of my blood, as these snakes tend to do. I'd say at least 4 gallons xD This made me smile lol
