I recently upped my BP's tank to a 30 breeder, and added a bigger UTH and bulb. However, it's getting to be summer and the tank is making the room a bit to hot. I keep the snake in my bedroom, and also have two racks of servers, an 8 core mac pro, and about 5 laptops running. So, in other words the room is like a big BP tank. Last I checked, its 95 in my room. To keep the heat down, I put an AC in the window. However, when I turn it on, it brings the heat down so the BP tank gets to cold. Any ideas on how to make sure the BP is comfortable, while still being able to be in the same room?
