D3 is needed for calcium absorption, although maybe the diet already has enough without supplementation.
I didn't think dubias would be an option. If your mom won't let you have snakes, will she let you have a dubia colony? Dubias are only cost effective if you have your own colony, especially for a pacman frog.
Mainbutter is completely right about diet variety.

Calcium at every feeding? Do you supplement each item?
Can you gutload nightcrawlers, silkworms, and horned worms? Or is that not necessary?
