    corn x king snake i think

    is it possible that you can breed a corn and a king together i was talking to a guy the other night and he said he bred a corn to a king or something like that and had 7 eggs just wondering if it is possible or is he crazy.

    Yes. The resulting hybrids are called "jungle corns".

    he said he was one of the finders back in 97-98 when he tried it out just wondering if it could really happen or he was blowing smoke

    It CAN happen but it's rare. Most Kings would rather eat a Corn than mate with it. Whether or not the guy you talked to did it or not I don't know, but it has been done.

    lol yeah i was gonna say something to that effect but i thought kings only ate rattlesnakes, cuz that's all i was told.

    Kings are also somewhat cannibalistic and will sometimes eat other kings. They really aren't picky at all.

    he said if you put about the same size corn x king together the king would leave it alone and not eat it but yes if you put a smaller corn in the cage with the king you gonna wake to 1 snake. he said all of his came out a neon yellow color since he put a het albino king x corn he said none of them had any kind of albino showing no red eyes no solid whites just some bright neon yellow i wished i could see one he said he hasnt messed with them since 97-98 much just a few here and there. thank you all for all the responses
