Do any of you guys train MMA?

Oh, if I was younger...

I was a wrestler in high school (back in the 80's) and would LOVE to have what I had back then and try my hand at MMA. I follow it on the tube and on the 'net, and as Joe Rogan always says- Wrestlers already have a leg up.

I dabbled in Karate and boxing, but never had much of a strong punch. I have a pretty light frame so never was much in the power department. That's why I loved wrestling (and track - I was a sprinter).

At 42 and chasing 43 quickly, I have resigned my "tough guy" image and allow the younger generation to have it


BTW - HUGE Matt Hughes fan! Also love to watch Rich Franklin. Both class acts.

42/43 is not old! Randy Couture is 47 (I think) and he still kicks butt!
