My Dum was the same way. He was a real shy eater for about the first 6 weeks after I got him. Then all of the sudden, he turned into a demon spawn on feeding day and now he is my most aggressive feeder. You gotta love a boa with a good appetite...Originally Posted by Juliemay13
Then there is my Dumeril..sigh..didn't think I'd ever get him to eat right. He is a very timid eater. It was hit or miss with him eating (usually refused) and I finally had to put the f/t in his tank and just leave it there. The first time it took him about 14 hrs to show interest and eat it. I'm happy to say now as soon as I put it in he's eating it within about 5 mins...we're getting there
