    Age is the best predictor of head size. Your female is probably younger, and still growing, despite being just as long as the male..

    Females also grow larger than males.

    If they are the ones in her sig they are both 08's.

    Like someone else said they are all individuals. The difference probably just reflects the different breeders stock they use for their lines of clown and albino.

    Ball pythons from different areas of Africa can also vary in body proportions. Individuals from Sub-Saharan regions of Africa are known for having noticeably larger heads as well as larger overall size and a larger clutch size.
