    I would dry the egg off and make sure there isn't any more water dripping on it. It should be fine as long as you can fix the condensation issue. You might only need a few vent holes in the egg box to remedy it. You can also try lifting the egg out of the substrate a bit to allow some more air circulation around the egg.

    You may also want to candle the egg for veins. Sometimes eggs going bad will sweat.
