Drats no I did add water to the vermiculite and I just checked them right now and the vermiculite was a little dry
They were a little deflated when they were laid
not much but I liiiiiiiitle less than what they are now

If you are not sure about it I would just switch them over to the no substrate method. That way you won't really have to worry about the humidity issue. There should be plenty of threads about it here if you are not familiar with it. It's pretty much impossible to mess up.

Well im gonna give it a couple more days and make sure they reflate

Low humidity can kill eggs over night, I wouldn't wait anymore. Either add water to it now and leave it and seal it up, or move to substrate-less.

you could also put damp sphagnum moss over them as a sort of 'band-aid' until you get your parameters right, it's airy enough to let them breathe, but will give them moisture.

Well I did add the water to the vermiculite and the humidity is at 100% now.
Now im just letting the temp get back to where it should be

Just be sure not to add too much water. Being too wet is even worse than being too dry.
