I could be wrong but it sounds like she's just not ready to shed. My 9 month old BP recently shed after about 2.5 months. Seems perfectly normal to me . Husbandry is spot on? Temps, humidity, etc? If so, I don't see any reason to worry (Unless someone more knowledgeable corrects me!).
