    Yes, pastel is codom. With codoms when you breed an animal that only has one copy of the gene like a pastel (think of a pastel as a visual het if it helps) you should statistically get half normals and half pastels. Thats why you get the normals in the cross I used in my last post.

    On the other hand if you used a super pastel (which carries two copies of the pastel gene), all of the babies would be pastels.
