Yes, males can lock like that. Its a dominance thing. You really should not house males together though, especially if you are planning on breeding. Assuming both snakes are correctly sexed what youre seeing is a type of combat and stressful on both animals. IMHO, putting him in with other males is worse than putting him in with the female. If I were you, my next step would be to get individual setups for each animal (plus a couple extras for new arrivals, bps are addicting).

Oh well, live and learn but for next time I would suggest:

1. Quarantine no matter who you got the snake from. The one time you keep mites or a disease away from your other animals it will be worth it. Even if its from a reputable source, there is always a chance the new animal has something they missed and the stress of the move will make it pop up.

2. Try to avoid housing snakes together except when breeding them. It makes things more complicated and its easy to stress your snakes out.
hi thank you for not freaking out on me and yes my husband and i are working on a huge set up and that is why i put the other male in with another male i read and it said it was ok but here is pictures of the setup of the cages we are doing

and this is only a few of the cages and there all big enough with heat pads and hides and everythin they need so im working on the cages for them to all have there own
