    ball python female or is she a male trying to breed with my pastel male im lost

    i have a male pastel thats about 1200g and a normal female thats 1500g.now my question is would the female try rubing her spurs on the male?she keeps try to put her tail under his tail.he seems like he lazy and not interested but she wants it bad.lol.but i thought males are the ones that do the spur rubing and all that so now im thinking the female is realy a male and thinks my male pastel is a female.im lost.lolplz help

    She is just scenting. She's trying to let him know, "I'm ready right now!" hahaha

    yeah very lazy.he shows no intrest and she all over him like beggin him for it.lolhe just stays still barley even moves.when hes in his tank he moves around for alittle and then back to bein lazy.his color is awsome nevr seen a pastel like him befor and i want to breed him but hes playing hard to get.

    I would double check the sexes of your snakes.

    They'll breed year around, you have a better chance in the winter months yes.
    I'm still breeding numerous snakes.
    So does the pastel have his tail under or does the normal have the tail under
