Help! How to "re-home" a juvie X. Immanis?

So... my X. Immanis from the CRBE came in a container all ready to go minus the water. We were informed that it could stay in that container for a couple of molts, but I don't know what the substrate is (obviously there's coconut husk, but I think something else as well) and I don't know how old it is. I noticed a bit of white stuff, and I have a really bad feeling it's fungus or mold.

I already had a container about the same size set up beforehand, substrate being pure coco husk, so I'm thinking of just putting him/her in there and doing a good cleaning on the other one. But how do I get the little thing from point A to point B?? Obviously it's super skittish, and is only about an inch long, so...

    I need help!

I can try to get a pic of the white stuff too, if that would help. Obviously I would rather leave it alone if it's harmless lol.
