I think we normally do try to anthropomorphize our pets and attach human emotions and feelings and perspectives to our animals, and thats natural. And theres nothing wrong with that, until you start thinking more about what you want, over what the animal wants. Science isn't be all, end all. But i enjoy trusting scientific facts, over that ambiguous cloud of faith.
