Yup, some spiders have them and some don't, it just depends on the individual. You could say that the ones with the little circles are more of a busy pattern, where the ones without are more reduced, but it's all a matter of taste. Pictures would be nice!
As far as the wobble, as far as I know it's only snakes with the spider gene that have it (so spiders, and any spider combo will have a wobble).
