You will find people on both sides like Quacking stated. I personally feed f/t for the convenience and for the fact that I don't have to supervise live feedings, it's cheaper (unless you breed rats, which I'm not ever going to do), and I can stock up and stick them in my freezer. Feeding live is not a bad thing, as long as you know how to supervise for your snakes safety AND know what to do if an injury occurs. I don't have issues with either, I'd just find someone who feeds live and ask them some questions on it to make sure it's what you want AND your educated on how to handle it.
