shelf unit ideas...

this is what i would like to do someday...

a book case style 3 shelf unit with cabinets.



for some reason the paint program's text box was not working.
the dimensions for the above shelf unit will be

20" D

38" W

80" H (20" H p/ shelf & cabinet)

i would like to have this in either white or the dark, shiny, fancy lookin' cherry
i'm leaning more towards white though cuz cant i buy wood to build this that is already white?
or how would i get that cherry that i want?

haha i JUST now noticed that my paint program drawing there is missing the lines to show the 3 dimensionalness of the top and sides of the whole unit...ah heck with it ya'll get the idea of what it's SUPPOSED to look like.

i searched like crazy to find a picture of something like what i did with the pain program.

this is a bookcase and what i want to build will only have 3 shelves and the cabinet at the bottom...



but again the one i want would be either white or the dark, shiny, fancy lookin' cherry.
