What I would do is soak her in luke warm water for about 30 min to an hour, also try to gently massage her working your way down in combination with you bathing her.
Repeat the process as needed.
Also make sure the she is well hydrated and has access to clean fresh water.
If there is no progress a trip to the vet might become necessary as an enema might be needed.
