Snake is suddenly nipping
We've had our BP for 8 months, he's almost a year old, and he has never even made a vague gesture towards striking at either of us. All of a sudden my BF goes to change his water this evening and gets tagged. I checked his temps and humidity, both are good. He also just got fed two days ago and he fed just like normal, so I don't think he's hungry or sick. What could be stressing him out?
He tends to prefer one hide and rarely moves... could he be having temp problems b/c he's unwilling to move from his "favorite" hide? My other thought was that we've been staying up later b/c of job/money problems--could the extra few hours of light and noise be causing him stress?
Or am I worrying over nothing?
Thanks!
EmJ
