Not only was he neglecting the snakes but feeding pets to them too?!

It takes a real monster to be so heartless!Here these people think that their pets are going to loving homes when they're going to feed some abused reptiles. And I'm sure it wasn't just pet rats and mice that were being fed off.....*RAGE*
