    oy this is crazy!

    I sort of wish there was like a test involved in owning things like hots, maybe even giant pythons. Instead of just paying for a license and picking up the animal, they would have to show they have knowledge of the animal, almost like a drivers license? It could help the animals as well, as the person would at least have to know SOMETHING about the care of the animal! I personally met a guy who paid to be allowed to have a burmese..which he keeps in a laundry basket. Idiot!!
