Kingsnake Breeding questions!

I have a few questions in regards to kingsnake breeding...

1. What is the ideal weight for a male and female (in grams) to breed?
2. What is the best time to breed the snakes?
3. How long should i leave them together?
4. When should i expect to see eggs?

What kind of kingsnakes? Lots of ssp have different requirements...though only slightly.
