What My Neighbor Brought To Me (Pics)

Apparently I'm now the local snake man. lol Anyways, this one has me stumped. I say either a Crown snake or a some kind of ring neck I've never seen. Anybody know?

I'm in no way shape or form good with these but from what I've seen the markings behind the head look like crown snake to me.

Looks like Storeria dekayi wrightorum, but I'm not sure. I know it's a Storeria dekayi though, just not sure on the subspecies.

Thanks for the link! Yeah it's a Florida Brown snake (storeria victa), which is wierd since this is the first I've seen them here.

I pull them out of my neighbors pool regularly here in Atlanta. Very cool, great mannered snakes. Even my daughter will hold them. The thing that crack me up is how they use the head to crawl more than any snake i've seen...the dig there nose in a haul up...

One of my favorite snakes, believe it or not. My very first pet snake. They love earthworms!

I had a litter of these once. The babies are TINY, or should I say tiny.

Cool snakes to find when non snake people are around cause they never bite.
