BPs can be bred at any time of the year.. However, when I get new animals they get an acclimation period. I want to make sure they are eating/passing waste and generally stress free before I go stressing them with breeding.
Also, quarantine is important. However, you don't mention if you're getting these two new animals from the same breeder.
