Carpet Python Caging...
I have a little hatchling carpet, probably about 14wks old. I am trying to plan his cage for when he grows up a bit.
I am thinking either a cage from boaphile or RBI, or building my own. What would be the most cost effective solution?
Thanks!

Cost effective in the short term, building your own.
Cost effective in the long term? Commercial plastic caging, as home-made cages may suffer wear and such and need to be replaced, particularly if made from melamine. Animal Plastics are super affordable for plastic commercial cages, though I am particularly impressed with the Boaphile rack I recently purchased and may consider them for carpet caging solutions in the future.
RBI has a great following here on BP.net, but I don't have any experience with their cages. I do know that when I was shopping around, it did not look like RBI carried cages that were sufficiently large enough for my needs. I just took a look at their site again, and do not see the section for cages, only racks. Did they stop manufacturing cages?

Cool, thanks!
