    GLK herp had them at the show in Wheaton last weekend. He was using pvc pipe as a skeleton base around the entire bottom and then wrapping 3 inch heat tape at an angle. Said it worked and kept the temp at 90 in the freezing cold weather. Looks pretty much like your set up. I will be making a few of them in the near future also. THANKS!!!!!!!
    Too many snakes to list. Ball pythons, Gtp's and Boa's. It easier to say it that way.

    Excellent job on the inc. I was going to go with a cooler in mine but ended up getting a good deal on a dorm fridge.
    A few questions: the plastic gridding you have over the water bottles. Wth is that called? I've gone to 3 different hardware stores showed them pics of it and they look at me stupid. Whats the original purpose for it? Where did you get it?
    I'm trying to find some and I'm having a rediculously hard time.

    it's called light defuser sheet. I got mine at home depot in the plywood section for $12 a sheet. it's a big sheet.

    In my Home Depot, they had it over in the lighting section. You may want to check there as well in your store.

    what kind of heating and thermostat are you using i need to get one ready for next season and that looks like the easiest way to go for a beginner thank you
