I'm originally from the Hamburg/ Eden area so I'm glad to see some good beer coming out of that area. I heard you guys brew some beer for EBC, is that correct? I like their... "Pantius Droppus" I think it was.

How well does the choklat age? I'm sitting on some.

yes we do. we do some contract brewing for them.

it all really depends on how well its stored and handled. not only how youre storing it but how it has been treated from the brewery to wholesaler/distributor to you.

    what year is it?

Re: The unofficial all things BEER thread!

wow I have to say I’m impressed! the only Yank beer we ever see this side of the boarder is the large brewery piss. old mill yucky, bud, Coors. yuk. I have to admit I had just dismissed all American beer as water with a little colour and 3% booze. I now see that I must have been mistaken. next time I head south of the boarder I’ll have to give some of these tasty sounding brews a try. as for my favourite’s Alexander Keith’s (except their white eck.) Boddingtons, Mill st micro brews.. ect ect to many to list.

Especially fond of their Black Cannon-Black IPA. those of you from Ohio.I'm just about 25 minutes from Athens,Oh. Where they have Ohio Brew week every year. Several Ohio Brewery's show up. Great way to sample several beers.
