I don't think it's a normal. I think it's amazing. But, unless proven though breeding it is classified as a normal.
Remember, we have barely touched on Ball Python genetics. There are still a lot of unknown/unproven morphs out there. But, every new pattern that pops up is "wild" until proven.
Do you know where she came from? If it's not imported, and bred in captivity. It's probably just an oddball normal. It will be hard to prove.
