Paperwork means nothing if the breeder is not known. Unless the het was originally purchased from a known breeder and comes with photo ID and guarantee paperwork from the original breeder which can then be traced back.

At the same time, you are correct when you say a well known breeder can sell hets without paperwork if they are trusted and have a good and honest reputation.

A lot goes into selling snakes. If you ever want the business of better known BP hobbyists and the ability to sell at market value instead of having to lower your prices until it isn't worth it anymore, you need to start small and build a reputation.
