I've heard good things about it. My friend does it and he's ripped for his height. Personally I like to go to the gym and work out, or run outside. One thing I did to lose my weight and tone up is go to classes at my local gym. Ours are free for members of the gym, they're an hour long. Personally, I find it easier to go to the gym and do the class than doing something at home. At least when I'm at the gym, I can ask the class leader if I'm doing everything right.
