Your key to success with the work out is to start the diet that comes with it atleast 3 weeks to a month before you start the workouts.
The energy levels you need to finish the workouts is key its not easy, but stay with it and dont over heat yourself your body is a fine tuned car is the way I look at it.
And another thing I did to help was i wore light sweats and really didnt look in the mirror for the first month and wow it only makes you wanna finish it.
Im 5'8 start weight was 225 also im 210 after the first month and 200 at 60days solid...
Also get yourself the weight bands for those pull up you cant do at first it works and alot more less stress on your upper body...
